Free Upgrades
Plan members are eligible to receive both major and minor version upgrades of TracerPlus mobile client software for each mobile device license covered with an active agreement. The 3 year plan gives you 3 years of free upgrades for each device license covered.

To receive your upgrade, submit the Redemption Link of your initial purchase if available. Otherwise, your original order number or invoice number is required. If you can not locate this information, follow this request order info link. Request Order Information
