To perform a Hard Reset do the following:

1. On the back of the unit hold in the reset button with a paper clip.
2. Press and hold the power button on the front of the device.
3. Release the reset button on the back of the devcie.
4. When the Palm splash screen appears release the power button.
5. Hit the up arrow to erase all data.
