Service from the Start programs provide multiple years of repair coverage at a known one-time cost, with protection that begins from the date of purchase. Your product is covered for repair above and beyond standard warranty. Select the Bronze program for 3-day in-house turnaround time or the Gold program for next-business day advance replacement. For eligible products, both programs are available as Service from the Start with Comprehensive Coverage.
Benefits include priority telephone response time, enhanced wear-and-tear service coverage and application of engineering changes that is not available for warranty or non-contract repair.
